Having trouble opening Packs?

If Packs won't open or the app closes when you tap it, try these two steps:

1. 1.Update the app to version 1.0.4 from the App Store or Google Play.
2. 2.

   Turn off Reduce Motion, then open Packs again. You can turn it back on once you're done.

   • iPhone: Settings - Accessibility - Motion - Reduce Motion
   • Android: Settings - Accessibility - Remove animations

Anything already in your pack is saved, and Packs is open until midnight tonight.
